Not everyone loves Justin Beiber. Who’d have thought?
A few brave anti-beliebers showed their anger towards the seventeen year old star by throwing eggs at him during a performance at his Sydney concert, causing uproar amongst squillions of Bieber fans around the world.
That poor person – imagine having an army of teenage girls after you, tweeting things like “Be afraid. We go harder than hard.” Ooh, I’d be scared!
But rumour has it that the egging was part of a publicity stunt, where fans on thejustinbeibershrine.com comment on the impossible direction of the egg-throw.
“The eggs came from straight above him.. How is that possible for someone to throw like that?”
So if it wasn’t a year seven schoolgirl with exceptionally good aim, who was it?
Another post, surprisingly proving that not all of Bieber’s fans are nine years old and naive, suggested it was a “stupid PR stunt.”
Looking closer at the video footage, its clear that the first two eggs are thrown from the crowd (a hater in the mosh pit – surely the die hard fans would have smelt a rat?) but the rest of the eggs just plop vertically onto the stage, falling from directly above Beibs.
Credit to his dancing though – or perhaps to the choreographer - which meant he was able to dodge, shimmy and shake his way out of direct contact with the eggs.
